This course is for those actors that want to get proactive , that aren’t just waiting for the phone to ring, doom scrolling on their phones, watching Oscar acceptance speeches (we’ve all been there!) What about instead get back in a studio exercising and improving your craft and let’s see where the real world can take us.

This course is about taking back focus and being self indulgent with our needs as artists for 6 weeks. It will bring focus, support and consistency, limiting noise and distractions elsewhere in our lives that are taking up too much space.

 

As actors we know the toughest part of our job is not acting, it’s easy to start to feel isolated, this course is designed to bring you back to your creativity, to take steps forwards, try things you’ve not done before and be pushed to expect more from yourself and the creative world around you.

 

Over 6 weeks working as a small company we will work on different aspects of our craft and mind set, feeling more and more at the top of our game, back in our actors body, discovering new techniques and being proactive with accountability tasks over the course of each week.

 

The work will not only exist during our sessions but tasks will also be set out throughout the weeks for mindset and craft these will range from 10 minutes per day one week to 1-2 hours a week the next. These tasks will keep the actor present and active in you throughout your weeks on the course.

 

I believe an actor with a strong mind set, will make strong choices which serve them, creatively and with their career head on.
