Start this new season afresh with a class to kick you into gear for rest of the year.
This class will leave you feeling focused, well exercised and have more tools to add to your creative kit.
PART 1- THE ACT

Starting off with a morning of acting in the studio led by award winning actress and director Nancy Sullivan best known for ITV's Comedy Changing Ends.
We will cover set up Improvisations, scene study work & self tapes.
Contemporary scenes will be sent out in advance and each duo will have detailed working session on their performance, looking at connection, intentions, and encouraging bold choices.
We will look at facts and questions about the characters on first interpretation and how to break down the scene into units with events and intentions.
The Self Tape
You will be asked to record a self tape in advance of the class with a television script.
We will watch these self tapes back and analyze performances with techniques and tips on how to enhance your performance and gain those 1% which make all the difference to the end result.
PART 2- THE MASTERCLASS
2.30-5.30pm
£50
There will be a masterclass held with Nancy Sullivan where you have the opportunity to bring a monologue or song of your choice to work on. These can be a max of 3.5 mins.
There will be a pianist on the day for those singing.
During this session will be focus in on the performances for individual needs, from audition technique, text connection to singing technique. These class will be tailored to the performer as an individual where we can all learn from observing each other and sharing wins, experiences and feedback. This is a fantastic class to try something new to stretch yourself, maybe bring your first Shakespeare or something you have written?
Industry Mind Set
To end the day there will an industry discussion where you have the opportunity to ask any questions or have your spotlight link looked at if you feel it needs reviewing.
This chat gives the opportunities to share where you’re at right now, ask advice on moving forward and get professional individual advice.
