10-10.15 WELLBEING & MEDITATION
We are in unknown, crazy times right now and in small way I want to help you enjoy your day a little more than you might do otherwise, even if only for an hour or so.
We start with a high intensity workout to tunes we all know and love, with like-minded creative people, guaranteed to sweat, laugh and ache! This is a mixuture of aerobics, HIIT, circuit, resistance as well as yoga and pilates. It really is an hour you'll feel a few days afterwards. On the apple some Warriors are burning over 800 calories for the session.
After our bodies are truly wored we then go to a relaxing meditation and wellbeing session, getting us focused for the week lasting around 15-20 minutes.
The motivation behind these Mondays is to keep us physically and mentally on top and feeling less isolated at this time as well and looking and feeling great!
All levels of fitness are welcome, there will be options throughout the class. The fitness sessions will be run by Nancy Sullivan who will also take the wellbeing aspect.
The usual cost of these sessions is £7.50 but given the circumstances I am happy to accept a donation of what you can afford at the moment.
Being self-employed right now is a scary thing so please give what you can for these 75mins, it's much appreciated!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
TRAINERS, BLUETOOTH SPEAKER TO PLAY OUR WORKOUT FROM (IT'S MUSIC BASED), MAT OR TOWEL & ZOOM!
You will definitely need to set up zoom before the session, learn how to "pin screen" and mute your mic! VERY easy things but saves complications on the day, It will take you all of 5 minutes to do but please do it before the session!
