THE SONG SERIES FOR THE SOUL
TUESDAYS (and one
STARTING 24th MARCH 2020
This is your place to try new things, refresh old songs, free yourself from any boundaries and restrictions. Rediscover the love for what you have to offer.
Do you sing constantly for a job or auditions and find new material because you SHOULD? We can lose something that was so precious in the first place, our love, fun and belief in our voice and self.
This is the simplest workshop ever to brief with the simplest intention.
Come and sing every week for 4 sessions. Come and sing songs because you WANT to sing them, NOT because you have to. Weekly masterclasses working with you on songs you choose to bring. There is no wrong or right. This is one of the most freeing workshops we've ever held and we're so excited to see the benefits.
Some weeks you may bring a song because 'this song scares me', 'I'm too young/old for this song', 'I'm not right for this song'. As long as 'I'd LOVE to sing this song' is underneath, BRING IT!
This is your place to try new things, refresh old songs, free yourself from any boundaries and restrictions.
Bring whatever songs you WANT to sing, let's work on them and see what we can learn from them and how brilliant we can make them & you, maybe they'll be some surprise keepers there!
Free yourself from limitations, free yourself from rules and allow yourself to sing and story-tell to the group each week the songs you want to.
The benefits of these sessions are huge, re finding and solidifying your love and joy for what you do, feeling positive and capable after the sessions, being fresh and ready from getting up each week in front of the group making you ready for anything.
The session each week will also end with a mindfulness practice.
W1 FOUNDERS Nancy Sullivan & David Thaxton will hold the sessions each week.
