Start the day reconnecting your body and voice with a thorough warm up led by

Nancy Sullivan. Open up physically and vocally with new exercises to let go of tension and start the day from a free, relaxed place. Wear loose clothing.

Acting Exercises & Techniques

We will have an acting session which will vary from Improvisation, Scene work, Sight Reading as well as talking about different acting methods.

This will change each month keeping things varied, but this hour you will definitely be on your feet and acting.

Performance Class

This is your opportunity to bring a piece of your choice to perform. This could be a song for an audition coming up, a monologue, or just a new piece you'd like to show and get some direction on. Maybe even something you've written...?

This session will keep you brave in front of new classmates each month and your piece will be directed. Please aim for pieces around 3 minutes for this.

There will be a pianist should you wish to sing.

Industry Mindset

This industry can sometimes feel lonely place with so many highs and lows, we will end each week with a chat about action to take moving forward and mindset, this will be the time to ask any questions that you feel you need some advice and guidance on.

We will end each session with a wellbeing mindset task to stand us in a good place for the week ahead.
