Wellbeing & Support
You're not alone at this time, we're here for you.
For a chat, to offer advice, to share the fear and the love. We're all scared but you're not alone.
This is our new online Zoom chat designed to discuss the craziness, the possibilities and to also find some support and peace within this hour through meditation and wellbeing tasks each week.
This is a free event each week but you're welcome to make a donation of your choice. Our main priority with this is keeping you as well as possible and supported, ready for the world when it's ready for you again.
